Challenge

How to digitise the traditional Bar-Book (”Schankbuch”) so that it would bring additional value to its users?

Background information

All bar systems that are used commercially must be cleaned regularly every 14 days. These are documented by the staff or service providers in a so-called Bar-Book (”Schankbuch”) with the date, type of cleaning and signature. When the health department inspects, the bar book is also checked. This serves as theoretical proof that the systems have been cleaned. Now, of course, a paper book like this is no longer really up to date. It requires resources, a place where it is reliably available for staff and service providers and, depending on the care and font, not all entries are always easy to read.

Additional notes: The biggest challenge is that several levels of the dispensing system book with different access levels have to be created, e.g. uncomplicated access for authorities during inspections, access for service personnel, access for operators who may operate several outlets.
