Designing and implementing a sustainable supply of energy is not just the project of our age in terms of technology. Making the energy transition a success largely depends on support from politics and the society.
For this reason, we also take the changing framework conditions under which technical systems are operated into account in our technical projects.
At the Center for Sustainable Energy Systems (ZNES) our colleagues from the Europa-Universität Flensburg (EUF) put a particular focus on social and energy policy issues. At FUAS, the Jackstädt Centre Flensburg, which we also run jointly with the EUF, does significant work in the fields of green economy and green entrepreneurship.
