FabLab IDEENREICH

The IDEENREICH gives you access to technology and offers you a space to realise your ideas and projects. Regardless of whether you are studying, still at school or already setting up your own start-up.

At the IDEENREICH we have 3D printers, plotters, sewing machines, a laser cutter and many other tools and devices ready for you to use. You can turn your ideas into printable models at our specially equipped PC workstations. 

We make all these facilities available not only to our students, but also to school classes. We firmly believe that those who come into contact with technology at an early age will not shy away from it later on and will have the best prerequisites for studying STEM subjects, for example. Our doors are also open to other groups, such as clubs. Contact us, we will be happy to help you!

We also want to support start-ups and SMEs with our expertise and the technical equipment available at the IDEENREICH and thus ensure even closer links between FUAS and businesses from our region. Whether you need prototypes or product improvements – let's talk about how we can bring our expertise and your idea together.

The IDEENREICH is a space for anyone who is curious about technology and wants to try it out. We make technology graspable – join us! Visit us during our opening hours or at one of our events.

Current events

OpenLab

Our open workshop is open to everyone on Wednesdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

During this time you can use our technology to work on your project. Should any questions arise in this process, our OpenLab team is there to help.
We also have a virtual space for anyone who wants to become part of the digital maker community. Simply dial in to our Discord server and discuss ideas and work on projects.

CampusLab

Our CampusLab opens daily from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for student and other members of the community.

This is a space for your independent project work from Mondays through Fridays. Unfortunately, we cannot offer introductions or discuss your questions during this time.

Workshops

During the semester, there are also regular workshops in the IDEENREICH, which can be attended free of charge after registration. You can register here.
