Before one semester ends and the next one starts, one thing is crucial for everyone who wants to continue their studies with us in this next semester: re-registering as a student. For as long as you want to study with us, don’t forget to re-register before each new semester.
By re-registering you declare that you want to remain a student at FUAS in the upcoming semester. You need to make this declaration at the end of a semester for the one that follows it.
Re-registering is very simple: all yu have to do is pay the semester fee to the account of the Studentenwerk Schleswig-Holstein (student services organisation).
Re-registration for the summer semester 2024:
Re-registration deadline: 1 February 2024
The semester fee for the winter semester 2023/24 adds up to a total of 226.50 euros and is made up of the following:
- Contribution to the Studentenwerk: 63.00 euros
- Contribution to the General Students Committee (AStA): 14.40 euros
- Contribution to the Flensburg city-semester ticket: 36.00 euros
- Contribution to the Schleswig-Holstein-wide semester ticket: 113.10 euros
Please transfer the total amount of 226.50 euros (or, if you missed the re-registration deadline, of 256.50 euros) to the account of the Studentenwerk. The account details are:

The re-registration for the summer semester 2024 will take place from November 2024. In the HISinOne platform you can view your re-registration status and open payments. The posting of a transfer can take 1-2 weeks. After successful re-registration you can:
- download a current proof of student status from the HISinOne platform
- print your student ID card from the HISinOne platform
- download the Schleswig-Holstein-wide semester ticket via the nah.sh app

The re-registration for the winter semester 2024/25 will take place from November 2024. The new semester fee will be 242.50 euros.

- Contribution to the General Students Committee (AStA): 14.40 euros
- Contribution to the Flensburg city-semester ticket: 36.00 euros
- Contribution to the Schleswig-Holstein-wide semester ticket: 113.10 euros
Re-register in due time and save money
Please note: If you pay the semester fee until the official re-registration deadline and thereby re-register in due time, you will not have to pay the late fee of 30 euros Student Services has to charge and which also must be paid to the Studentenwerk.
