If there is no installation tool available for your android system, you will have to adjust the settings manually:
- Open the web browser on your android device and enter the following addresses one after another:
https://hs-flensburg.de/studintern/netz/wlan/01_AAA_Certificate_Services.crt
https://hs-flensburg.de/studintern/netz/wlan/02_USERTrust_RSA_Certification_Authority.crt
https://hs-flensburg.de/studintern/netz/wlan/03_GEANT_OV_RSA_CA_4.crt - Save the certificate in your personal certificate store. If you don’t have a personal certificate store, it will be created automatically and you will be asked to set up a password (at least 8 characters).
- Name your certificate, for example: "Telesec Root Wi-Fi".
- If you are asked for a reference for the certificate, make sure to enter Wi-Fi. Do not enter VPN.
- Now you will be asked to set up a password or a pattern depending on how you unlock your phone.
Finally, you have to set up Wi-Fi access. If you are on campus, just choose eduroam from the list of Wi-Fi networks available and use the following settings:
- EAP method: TTLS
- Phase 2 authentication: PAP
- CA certificate: Telekom Root Wi-Fi
- Identity: username@stud.hs-flensburg.de (e.g. abcd1234 – do not use your e-mail address made up of your first and last name)
- Anonymous identity: anonymous@stud.hs-flensburg.de
- Password: Your password
