Due to the rising numbers of people infected with the new coronavirus, a new rule will be in place for a period of two weeks starting on 19 October; it concerns the wearing of a face mask covering the mouth and nose:
From 19 October to 1 November students must wear a face mask covering the mouth and nose inside lecture and exam locations even if they belong to the same cohort (defined, fixed group). The face mask must be worn even when students are with their cohort.
Only in those cases where a minimum distance of 1.5 metres can be kept to other people inside lecture and exam rooms does the obligation to wear a face mask not apply.
