The number one priority in these times of a pandemic is the prevention of infections; this makes it necessary to restrict the number of people entering FUAS’ buildings and to know who they are. In detail, this means:
- visitors (including students) may only enter FUAS’ buildings with a scheduled appointment
- At the time of the scheduled appointment visitors will be picked up from the entrance by the person they are meeting
- the details of each visitor have to be filled into the lists available at the entrance of each building
Anyone who does not have an appointment may not enter FUAS’ buildings. This means that it is not possible to enter buildings to print out student ID cards or hand in documents in person using internal mailboxes. If you want to hand in documents, please use the mailbox outside FUAS’ main building (H building).
