The lecture

The wind energy research park WiValdi in Krummendeich allows to investigate various topics concerning the efficient use of wind energy. A unique configuration of two multi-megawatt turbines within a network of internal and in-field distributed sensors allows scientific investigations for identification of phenomena, model validation and testing of innovative components. The lecture will describe the actual built-up and potentials for use.

The lecture series

The Wind Energy Technology Institute (WETI) is organizing a series of lecture in the winter semester 2024/25. We welcome anyone interested in the wind industry to join us. We have invited lecturers from the various branches of the wind industry to speak about exciting topics. There will be the opportunity for a short discussion after each of the talks. It is also an opportunity to get to know employers and talk to them.
