The 20th World Usability Day is on November 14, 2024 at numerous locations around the World. The purpose of the event is to connect the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and the User Experience (UX) community and everyone who believes that great design is inclusive and usable by all.

We are excited to announce that World Usability Day will take place again this year on the second Thursday of November on our campus. The Usability Lab is honoured to host this significant event (finally again since 2020).

During the event, students will present the results from our Usability Hackathon, where they got the chance to learn from professionals while tackling real-life usability challenges from industry and organisations from the surrounding area.

The Usability Hackathon was co-organised with ARTEMIS, a research project that promotes collaboration between universities and companies, with students helping to develop innovative ideas for the companies.

Please note: The main language of the event will be English.
