At the Communications & University Marketing unit, we take what happens at FUAS and on campus and carry it into the world. We report on student projects and innovative research on our website, in social media, at fairs and via other channels, and present FUAS and our range of degree programmes to prospective students. We are also responsible for internal communication and help to organise events and conferences on campus.
Website & social media
There is always something going on at our university: students develop innovative wind turbines or make beer from water from the Baltic Sea. Professors revolutionise medical technology with a simple game controller and develop quality standards for small and medium-sized companies in the food industry.

Student recruitment and event management
It’s true, there are plenty of nice universities all over the world. But we’ll show you why Flensburg University of Applied Sciences is the right one for you. Our team is talking to prospective students and sharing information on FUAS at fairs and information events, with flyers and brochures.
We also organise events on campus (and beyond) – from graduations to conferences. And of course we organise the “TOP Woche”, our orientation week for new students, at the beginning of every semester.
