Speakers of the wind industry present current topics to students of the FUAS.

The lecture will provide insights into three ongoing grid planning topics: First, the integration of new controllable loads (i.e. heat pumps and e-mobility charging devices) into low voltage grids, especially in the context of § 14a of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG). Second, chances and challenges of integrated modelling of medium and low voltage grids. Third, weather- dependent dynamic line rating of high voltage power lines and its positive impact on integrating wind energy into the grid.
