The university library is a joint central facility of Flensburg University of Applied Sciences and Europa-Universität of Flensburg.
The Central University Library (ZHB) is a publicly accessible library for research, teaching, study and professional further development.
All members of the two Flensburg universities have access to its resources. Furthermore, permission to use the library and its resources can be granted to
- members of other universities during their stay in Flensburg, as well as
- other legal entities or natural persons from the region, provided that the purpose of their use of the library corresponds with its general tasks .
Danish students from the University of Southern Denmark are also allowed to use the library as part of a German-Danish library cooperation.
