The task of TSCD for NPI is to establish product-specific supply chains that cost-efficiently ensure on time and in full availability of new high quality products over the whole product life cycles (PLC). The problem complexity is driven by cross-regional network aspects and inter-disciplinary factors as well as by dynamics and uncertainty in short PLCs.
