Supply chain controlling system can be described by: strategy implementation, target setting and performance measurement, rewards and incentives, information flows; additionally a stakeholder perspective is introduced. Three strategies for managing social issues in supply chains are introduced: communication, compliance and supplier development. These two approaches are combined to illustrate the measure taken in the supply chain from a controlling perspective.},
